Rev. Rebecca Boardman serves as the Pastor & Director of LCM. She grew up in Plano, TX, but fled north for schooling at Valparaiso University (B.A. ’00) & the Lutheran School of Chicago at Chicago (M.Div. ’04) After serving a large parish in Denver, CO, she found a deeper calling to campus ministry in the St. Louis area (primarily with Washington University in St. Louis & St. Louis University). The majority of her ministry has been focused on the “first third of life,” especially the hopeful but fragile journey through young adulthood. In her free time, she loves to cook, travel, and pick cactus needles out of her elderly Pekingese.
